The parade returns to the streets of Lakeview on Sunday.

Hundreds of thousands of Chicagoans will take to the streets of Lakeview this week to celebrate the 2026 Chicago Pride Parade.
On Sunday, June 28, the 55th annual Pride Parade marks the end of Pride Month with a vibrant celebration of love and unity. More than 150 entrants from local communities, organizations, businesses and more will march in this year’s parade.
This year’s theme, “Free to Be Proud,” is an homage to the community’s trailblazers and to those who continue to ensure that every person can live freely and with dignity.

The parade steps off promptly at 11am at West Sheridan Road and Broadway. Viewing begins one block south at Broadway and Grace Street, but the most popular place to watch the parade is along the Northalsted corridor, between Belmont Avenue and Addison Street. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot along the parade route, shown below.
