The Festival of Lights is upon us. If you don't feel like cooking this year, we've got an out: Some of the Chicago's top restaurants are preparing Hanukkah dinner to go. You won't have to fuss with challah or latkes or wait all day for the brisket to roast. Many are even throwing in jelly-filled sufganiyah and kosher wines to make it feel like a proper celebration.

Aba

Available for all eight nights of Hanukkah, Aba's holiday menu offers twists on the classics, including smoky garlic hummus and latkes made with potatoes, parmesan and Brussels sprouts. The main event is roasted brisket with pine nut gremolata. $48.95 per person, order via Tock.

Publican Quality Meats

Chef Paul Kahan is looking to his idols for recipe inspiration this holiday season. His eight-night Hanukkah feast features his Grandma Minnie's noodle kugel as well as mentor Erwin Drechsler's braised brisket. Rounding out the meal are potato latkes, roasted honeynut squash and a flourless chocolate torte. $45–$75 per person, order via Tock.

Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar

If you're not looking for the full kit and kaboodle, shop Heritage Restaurant's virtual Hanukkah Market, which is stocked with a range of à la carte menu items like hot smoked trout dip ($20 per pound), loaves of rye ($4), potato and apple latkes ($18) and noodle kugel ($22). Jeff & Judes

Get into the kitchen this holiday season with Jeff and Judes' Hanukkah kits, portioned for two ($60) or four ($100). Each bundle includes a loaf of challah, par-baked latkes, sweet and sour cola brisket and black and white cookies. Prime & Provisions

If you're jonesing for the classics, let Prime & Provisions do the cooking. The downtown steakhouse has curated a menu that includes matzo ball soup, cucumber and dill salad, potato latkes, braised beef brisket, noodle kugel and strawberry sufganiyot. Psst! Beatrix

Dig into a feast of freshly baked challah, hearty matzo ball soup, slow-braised short rib and more. You can even sweeten the deal with a bottle of wine or a kid-approved Hanukkah cookie-decorating kit ($16.95). The limited-edition menu is available at Streeterville and Fulton Market locations. $79.95 for two, order via Tock (Streeterville or Fulton Market).

Boka

Michelin-starred Boka's Hanukkah at Home package allows diners to choose an entree—beef brisket or king salmon—that's served with smoked whitefish spread, potato latkes, matzo ball soup, handmade gelt and more. Toss in an order of bagels with cream cheese for the next morning, too. $120 for two, order via Tock.

Somerset

Celebrate the Festival of Lights with renowned chef Stephen Gillanders, who recently took over the kitchen at Gold Coast restaurant Somerset. Diners can build their own menu from a variety of shareable main courses—like brisket, roasted salmon and truffled chicken ($58–$118)—as well as sides including parsnip soup, latkes, beet tartlets and more. Sunday Dinner Club

Inspired by some of chef Josh Kulp's favorite holiday food memories, Sunday Dinner Club's Hanukkah lineup is loaded with good eats: Latkes with leeks are served with applesauce and crème fraîche, the kugel is studded with squash, and braised brisket is accompanied by carrots and Medjool dates. Rounding out the menu is chocolate-cinnamon babka for dessert. $42.50 per person, order via Tock.

RPM Steak

Fill your dinner table with challah, matzo ball soup, slow-cooked beef brisket, latkes and vanilla sugar doughnuts stuffed with strawberry jam—all of which is included in RPM Steak's multi-course holiday menu. A bottle of cabernet ($36) seals the deal. $80 per person, order via Tock.

Jerry's

Available for the first four days of the holiday, Jerry's feast for four starts with latkes and wraps with honey apple kuchen and rugelach. For the entree, families can select horseradish-onion brisket or roast turkey breast in cherry-plum sauce, both of which are served with mashed potatoes, salad, grilled carrots and challah. $150 for four, order via Jerry's.

Fiya

This Andersonville newcomer has meat eaters and vegetarians covered with a pair of menus that both start with salad, challah and potato latkes with crème fraîche and apple-pomegranate sauce. Carnivores are treated to a moroccan beef tagine and savory noodle kugel, while meat-free diners will savor tomato soup with black lentils and smoked labneh as well as mushroom-pepper moussaka. For dessert? Sufganiyah cupcakes and rugelach all around. $150 for two, order via Fiya.

The Peninsula Chicago

Nosh on cheese blintzes, slurp matzo ball soup and dig into slow-roasted beef with a pastrami rub. It's all part of the Peninsula hotel's decadent Hanukkah to-go package. $75 per person, order via Tock.
