It's finally happening! As Chicago nears its full reopening on July 4, we're getting ready to welcome you back to our sprawling Fulton Market home—just in time for the start of summer. We're excited to announce that Time Out Market Chicago will officially reopen on Thursday, June 17.

We'll celebrate our opening with a weekend of special events and performances, all of which will be announced in the coming weeks. For now, we want to introduce you to our all-star lineup of local chefs and restaurants that will be serving delicious dishes for you to enjoy. We've spent the past few months putting together an array of culinary talent that's representative of Chicago's culinary prowess. Here's a taste of our reopening roster:

Arami: One of the pioneering restaurants in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood from restaurateur Ty Fujimura, offering traditional and contemporary sushi.

Bill Kim Ramen Shop: The first brick-and-mortar location of this new concept from chef Bill Kim, serving oodles of creative noodles bathed in savory broths.

Candlelite: A mainstay of Rogers Park since 1950, Candlelite brings its signature tavern-style thin-crust pizzas to Fulton Market, along with salads and garlic knots.

Cleo’s Southern Cuisine: Serving Southern comfort food with a Creole twist, the Market outpost of chef-owner Kristen Ashley’s Bronzeville restaurant will showcase her award-winning fried chicken.

Mini Mott: Chef Edward Kim’s signature burger—lauded as one of the best in the country—takes the spotlight at Mini Mott, where you can get your fill of patties topped with melty American cheese, hoisin aioli, pickled jalapeños, pickles, miso butter, sautéed onions and a cloud of sweet potato frizzles.

Pisolino: After spending more than a decade working in kitchens throughout Italy, chef-owner James De Marte brings the simple-yet-robust pastas and Italian cuisine served at his Avondale restaurant to Fulton Market.

Shawn Michelle’s: This Bronzeville-based institution makes ice cream the old-fashioned way, cooking its own custard daily and using it to create flavors that incorporate everything from dark chocolate to sunflower seeds.

Soul & Smoke: Evanston barbecue expert chef D’Andre Carter oversees a menu of brisket, ribs and pulled pork that's smoked for hours and bursts with flavor.

Urbanbelly: Chef Bill Kim may be helming a new ramen stand in the Market, but his lineup of delicious dumplings, rice bowls and other Asian-inflected treats will remain available as part of Urbanbelly's menu.

All three of Time Out Market Chicago's full-service bars will also welcome back guests on June 17, including Tony’s Rooftop Bar, named after Time Out’s beloved founder, the late Tony Elliott. We'll be serving a stacked lineup of local beers and seasonal cocktails that are perfect for warm-weather sipping.

If you're dining with us at Time Out Market Chicago, you'll be able to use the Time Out Market app (via App Store or Google Play) for contactless ordering in the building or to pre-order food and drinks with a text message for pickup. And if you'd rather enjoy your food at home, delivery is available via UberEats, DoorDash and Caviar.

Time Out Market Chicago will be open Wednesday and Thursday from 11am to 10pm (select vendors at open 8am, bars open until 11pm), Friday from 11am to 10pm (select vendors open at 8am, bars open until midnight),& Saturday from 11am to 10pm (select vendors open at 9am, bars open until midnight) and Sunday from 11am to 9pm (select vendors open at 9am, bars open until 10pm).

We'll see you at the Market on Thursday, June 17!
