We’re still going to bring you the best of Chicago... even if you're at home.

Hey, Chicago. It's been a week.

For the past 15 years, our sole purpose at Time Out Chicago has been pointing you to the best things to do in our beautiful city—whether that's an amazing new restaurant, a funky record shop, a hidden speakeasy bar or a must-see museum exhibit. But right now, we realize that you're probably not going out as much as you used to. We're in the same boat, but we're still dedicated to helping you discover the best of your city, whether you're ordering takeout or live-streaming a concert. That's why we're temporarily changing our logo to Time In. We felt the need to acknowledge this moment, both here in Chicago and in Time Out cities across the globe, where many people don’t want to or have been advised not to go out.

Beyond closely monitoring local event cancellations and closures and keeping you up to date on important city news, we'll help you find new ways to experience Chicago even if you're cooped up inside. We'll also pepper in some stuff to keep you from going absolutely bonkers, like essential Netflix recommendations. To all of the restaurants, bars, museums and theaters that we love so dearly: We will continue to support you however we can during this time. You make Chicago special, and we have your back. We'll always share ways that folks can support you—now and in the future.

Right now, Time In is aimed at showcasing the best of Chicago while also keeping you safe, healthy and happy in this amazing city we all call home.
