Film screenings: Asian Three-Fold Mirror 2016: Reflections

'Asian Three-Fold Mirror' is a film project spearheaded by the Tokyo International Film Festival and The Japan Foundation Asia Centre in which three highly-acclaimed directors from Asia are brought together to co-create an omnibus film with a common theme. Following the theme of ‘living together in Asia’, this project's first ever omnibus production will feature the films 'Pigeon' by Isao Yukisada from Japan, 'Shinuma Dead Horse' by Brillante Ma Mendoza from the Philippines, and 'Beyond the Bridge' by Sotho Kulikar from Cambodia. There will also be a special screening of ‘Yasmin San’, a behind-the-scenes documentary of ‘Pigeon’ as well as a Q&A session with Yukisada himself. Seats are limited and registrations are required.
