Film screenings: 'Siti' and 'Garuda Power: The Spirit Within'

Two Indonesian films will be screened during the night: docu-fiction 'Garuda Power: The Spirit Within' recounts Indonesia's attempts at action movies from 1930s Chinese-influenced martial arts flicks to the recent worldwide success of the two 'RAID' movies. The second is the black-and-white film 'Siti', a sensitive tale about young women who are forced to take the wrong path in life.
