Bijan’s executive chef, Chef Zulkifli, will be accompanied by Chef Norman Musa at this cooking workshop. Participants will learn to prepare three traditional Malay dishes, that are satay with kuah kacang, rendang ayam and sayur masak lodeh. Once the workshop is over, lunch is on the itinerary with a menu that offers daging bungkus kukus and otak-otak as appetisers and rendang kambing and ikan percik as mains.
