Fisherman's Cove Valentine's dinner

The seafood restaurant is offering up a romantic menu this Valentine's and some of the highlights include champagne vinegar and star anise macerated Pacific rock oysters, warm sliced Tasmanian salmon loin and the sous vide ibodai fillet. Dessert and coffee or tea will be served after the mains.
