For starters, the set menu comes with a choice of Acapulco-style seafood ceviche cocktail or roasted poblano chilli pepper soup. After that, tuck in to either pan-roasted red snapper on bok choy or fried chicken breast stuffed with spicy chorizo and Monterey Jack cheese.
