Time Out says

Celebrate the year of the goat with Grand Imperial’s nine-course menu. Highlights of the six set menus include steamed jade perch with preserved ginger and olives, braised whole abalone with fresh bean curd stick and dried oyster and ‘fa xai’, double boiled hasma with snow fungus and roasted crispy suckling pig. Each set is inclusive of complimentary yee sang.
