This February sees the surfacing of three specials on Onsemiro's menu. The dishes are Bokjiri/Bokmaeuntang (blowfish soup with tofu/spicy blowfish soup), Gwang Yang Bulgogi (seasoned sirloin bulgogi) and Yangnyeom Galbi (marinated grilled beef rib in special sauce). The sauce in the latter is made with 50 ingredients.
