Paya Serai Ramadhan buffet

Hilton Petaling Jaya promises a spread that would bring a sense of nostalgia with over 300 local delicacies. Under the supervision of executive chef Ridzuan Malek, the setup at Paya Serai will feature 32 live cooking stations serving traditional local dishes such as lauk gulai kawah, rendang tok and even a dodol station.
