Enjoy a four-course meal consisting of variations of beef at Prime. Start off with tomato confit and garlic-herb cream cheese salad with Black Angus oyster blade and olive crumble. Up next will be oxtail consommé complemented with Truffle Royale and foie gras ‘croque’. The main course is sous-vide O’Connor filet mignon with charcoal-grilled potatoes, maple parsnips puree and roasted young baby corns. Lastly, finish your meal with custard brulee with beef sweetmeat rolled up in crispy filo pastry with a side of ice cream, caramelised hazelnuts and orange.
