PRIME New Year's Eve menu

PRIME’s grand five-course dinner whets your appetite with a slow-cooked chicken ballotine, scallop mousseline and Scottish smoked salmon. A soup and a palate cleanser follow before you’re served either a char-grilled wagyu sirloin or roasted cod. Round off with a panettone bread pudding, sweet lemon ricotta quenelle and lemon basil semifreddo.
