This year, the steak haven have created a special ala-carte menu instead of a set menu as most other restaurants do. Don't skimp on the cow here as the red wine braised wagyu beef cheek with celeriac puree (RM98) as well as the 500g Wagyu prime rack roasted garlic and olive oil mash, red pepper oil (RM380) don't hold back on meatiness. Alternatively, the grilled Boston lobster and seared black cod are available for those who shrink at the sight of red meat. To end with, have the raspberry and blueberry charlotte with peppermint ice cream sandwich (RM25).
