This five-course menu starts with smoked salmon with kaffir lime and baby asparagus followed by wild forest mushroom soup. Lychee-infused lime sorbet mellows things before your choice of main: grilled chicken with potato croquette, pan roasted cod fillet with mashed green peas or oven-baked crusted rack of lamb with rosemary potato. Finish with the ‘Death by Chocolate’ featuring a chocolate spring roll, warm chocolate lava cake and chocolate mousse with raspberry jelly.
