Ril’s new weekly Saturday Broast (a culmination of brunch and a roast) is a hearty list of all-you-can-eat salads, roast meats, potatoes, cheese and cakes. A whole roast goose will glisten on display upon availability, as will the roast black Angus prime rib and roast chicken. Pair the meats with potatoes roasted in garlic and beef dripping, Yorkshire pudding, crispy leeks, stuffed Portobellos and lobster bisque. To make it a Saturday of truly heroic portions, finish with some of the many soft and hard cheeses served with chutneys, nuts and dried fruit.
