Senja New Year menu

Sit down to a four-course dinner that includes parmesan risotto with poached quail egg and black truffle, herb-crusted cod fish with glazed baby fennel, lamb shank wrapped in baby lettuce with polenta and lentils, as well as scented pineapple raviolo with citrus cream, berries tartare and chocolate ice cream.
