Listed as one of the 15 best dishes in KL, Sitka’s test kitchen menu makes a special appearance this New Year's Eve. Start off with the 'chicken rice' (rice and red chilli cracker, aerated parfait, crispy skin and cucumber powder), duck confit bon bon (pulled duck confit, white miso and salted ground cherries), and brie and truffle bikini (French brie, cranberry and black truffle grilled cheese). Then, tuck into buttermilk fried slipper lobster, lamb and liquorice with peas a la franchise, mint oil and lamb jus, and salt baked carrot with coriander nori, whipped ricotta and black sesame. For dessert, there's the white chocolate mousse, raspberries, sweet brick pastry and cola espuma, and Italian meringue with charred mango, coconut ice cream and shaved coconut water. Hibiscus prosecco will be served upon arrival.
