Go traditional at The Press Room this Christmas with a main of stuffed turkey breast served with a simple jus. The Christmas menu also comes with a soup of roasted pumpkin with smoked duck, a serving of seabass fillet with creamed mushroom ragout and a dessert of Christmas pudding with crème Anglaise. To kick off the meal, you also get a tasting platter of seared maguro tuna with remoulade sauce, roasted prime rib on toast with provencal oil and crumbed tiger prawn with almond tomato cream.
