The Red Beanbag Christmas Eve menu

This three-course Christmas menu features your choice of amuse bouche comprising prawn and spinach ravioli or chaud froid of sea scallop on potato and leek cream with caviar. As for mains, you can choose between the grilled Australian rib-eye beef, crispy chicken roulade or pan seared Chilean seabass. End your meal with fresh strawberries with Tahitian vanilla jelly or a double chocolate molten with chestnuts. Both desserts are served with a side of Haagen-Dazs ice cream.
