Enjoy authentic Malay kampung cooking at The Verandah, where there will be four different buffet menus rotated daily. Expect specialty dishes such as udang goreng cili api, ikan asam pedas, ayam percik and sushi as well as roasted beef with black pepper sauce. There’s also a special Tunku’s Kitchen corner where the eatery’s team of chefs prepare some of Tunku Abdul Rahman’s favourite dishes that include squid sambal and pineapple sambal crabs in spicy sauce to pay homage to our first Prime Minister.
