No Black Tie is bringing together 14 acts to celebrate International Jazz Day. Those slated to perform are MJQ, WVC, #IV, Funkatorie, Nadir, Weili Cheah Duo, Az Samad, New VIllage Music Lab, John Thomas Quartet, John Dip Silas Group, Alton Wong Quartet, The Shanghai Sisters, Keira Group, and Lim Lee Peng Quintet.
