Retro Sunsplash returns for its fourth instalment, this time with a '90s themed party featuring live DJ sets spinning hit retro tunes from diverse '90s acts like Ace of Base, R Kelly, Whitney Houston, Tupac and Daft Punk. Held in aid of Pusat Jagaan Kanak-Kanak Kurang Upaya Kirtarsh in Bukit Beruntung, DJs on deck include hot shots from back in the day: Richard Khoo (Piccadilly, Timeout), Sunanda aka DJ Face (Backroom, Boom Boom Room), Jinggo Bilboa (Uncle Chill's, Alibi), Jay (Planet Hollywood), Nesh (DV8), John Dave (Colors, The Jump), Alfred Low (Tinmine 2) and Nicky Zullu (Musictheque).
Entrance is free, but for only RM10 you can purchase a ticket to take part in the lucky draw. All proceeds from drink sales will go to Pusat Jagaan Kanak-Kanak Kurang Upaya Kirtarsh. Partygoers can also put in their own donations in the collection boxes at the venue or pay an RM50 entry fee to compete in the high-stakes British pool competition. Retro cars will also be exhibited outside the venue for an added touch of old school.
