Xin Cuisine's new executive sous chef, Soo Kok Lam will be whipping up his signature dishes for the restaurant. Expect salt baked chicken, braised pork ribs, caviar fried rice, steamed fresh water prawn and more from Chef Lam. Come in small or big groups for the two- or ten-person set.
