Come Mother's Day, honour mum with a fine dining dinner by Chef Nathalie Arbefeuille. Start the evening with finger food and appetisers like cauliflower mousse, chive cremeux, marinated Brittany blue lobster and scallop, yuzu dressing and chive coulis. Move on to Italian veal blanquette or French seabass blanquette with potato wild mushroom cremeux and glazed vegetables, and then end with deconstructed citrus tart, lemongrass ice cream and orange emulsion. Kids too will be able to get a taste of the menu albeit with smaller portions.
