Musical MAD-Ley

A school’s year-end production is about to be staged when the principal, Puan Lakshmana, mysteriously disappears. In her absence, Cik Binasa takes over preparations for the school musical, but little does she anticipate having to handle an unruly lot of excited students with a lack of regard for discipline.

Clashing opinions result in the 120 performers bursting into a routine of timeless tunes from ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Chicago’ and ‘Wicked’ to cope with and rebel against the replacement teacher who threatens to deny their show the joy and fun they feel it ought to have. This medley of musical favourites by the pupils of The Actors Studio Academy promises a healthy dose of laughter and suspense.
