Rites of Change: Artistic Responses to Recent Street Protests in Kuala Lumpur

Organised by Malaysia Design Archive, this talk brings post-colonial studies lecturer and researcher Dr Fiona Lee for two hours of engaging discussion about our local artists' reactions towards recent street protests in KL, their work and its symbolic meanings, and more. Lee will also be analysing the works of A Samad Said, Sharon Chin and Fahmi Reza; all three of who are actively engaged with street protests in their own respective ways.
