Extinction beckons as the Serpentine’s two-day talks and performances extravaganza returns with a line-up of artists, writers, scientists, filmmakers, choreographers, theorists and musicians. Highlights include a performance by Cornelia Parker known for squishing silver objects with a road roller, an interactive talk about Lemmings from Marcus du Sautoy, Professor of Mathematics, Oxford, a new commission by Ed Atkins and a talk by British Palaeontologist Richard Fortey. Big-name events tend to sell out, so be sure to book in advance to learn more about the end of the world as we know it.
