Yep, that's the same building where Daisy and Tim (Simon Pegg and Jessica Stevenson) paid just £90 per week to live in the cult comedy, which aired its final episode in 2001. They'd have to be bankers or lawyers to live there now. Or move to Croydon.

It's described by letting agents as a two double bedroom flat in a Grade II-listed period property with a 'good size reception room'. They say: 'Benefits include virtual exclusive use of the rear patio garden (and potential use of the main garden on an informal basis by agreement with the landlord)..' The actual 'Spaced' flat went up for rent in 2010 for £425 a week.
