Two pieces from emerging companies attracting attention and acclaim. Deadpan-bonkers alt dance outfit Figs in Wigs (collaborators with Eat Your Heart Out) present 'We, Object', in which they vow to give overdue attention to objects they've taken for granted, promising 'visual puns, wordplay and amateur dancing'. And with 'Colourphobia', sketch-dance-clown trio Provoke take their cue from the contentious subject of blackface, asking whether there are contemporary equivalents of minstrelsy. This one's a pun too: 'coulrophobia' is the fear of clowns. Overall it sounds like it should be a tricksy, stimulating and entertaining night.
