Time Out says

Constructed from reclaimed and donated materials and drawing influence from the surrounding buildings of Hackney Wick, Folly for a Flyover, which is conceived, built and run by not-for-profit collective Assemble, transforms the undercroft of a flyover on the A12 into a canalside venue for cinema, performance and play for the duration of the Create11 festival. By day, the folly hosts a café, workshops and events including boat trips exploring the surrounding waterways (£2 per person). At night, there are film screenings, some with live soundtracks, as well as light shows and performances. Highlights include Jun 25: 'The Adventures of Prince Achmed (1926; cert U) with play-along performance by sawchestra; Jul 1: 'Middle of the Road' (cert 15) shorts and documentaries celebrating the romance and banality of motorways, with a performance by indie band Peggy Sue; Jul 9: 'A Trip to the Moon' (1902; cert U) and other shorts accompanied by a live synth score by Guildhall Electronic Studios; Jul 24: 'The Wizard of Oz' (1939; cert U) with a performance from the East London Brass Band.
