The Royal Society of Medicine hosts a number of events throughout the year to which members of the public are invited. These include ‘Medicine & Me’ lectures, which are patient-centred events focusing on a particular medical condition, and two medical innovations conferences which take place in February and June each year. There are also regular exhibitions which are free to visit, such as ‘Restoration to Research’, which focuses on the conservation work carried out by the RSM Library. The Library is one of the largest biomedical libraries in Europe and welcomes members of the public to make use of its world-class reference facilities.
