Mark Lockheart's In Deep

Warm toned ex-Loose Tubes tenorist best know for his work with post-jazzers Polar Bear and jazz-folkers Perfect Houseplants (remeber them?), plays selections from his recent album 'In Deep' (Edition Records). Mixing both folk and modern jazz to create a typically melodic whole, while the band features superb Danish bassist Jasper Hoiby, drummer Dave Smith, pianist Liam Noble and trumpeter Dave Priseman.
