The Airborne Toxic Event

Mikel Jollett turned a truly awful week – a break-up, his mother being diagnosed with cancer, his own diagnosis with a rare autoimmune disease – into an epic, orchestral pop-rock band called The Airborne Toxic Event. They’ve sold hundreds of thousands of records and tour almost constantly. Tonight they’re in London to play from their latest album, ‘Dope Machines’.
