Venue says We are welcoming spring with our wonderfully tasty spring menu.

This smart gastropub with rooms is a perfect match for this exclusive corner of Pimlico, and attracts a well-heeled crowd. If the ground-floor bar and dining room is packed out, make your way to the quieter first floor. The decor has a deliberately weathered look (think distressed walls, ‘aged’ wooden tables and flooring, vintage French travel posters) – the effect is appealing if a little forced.

British ingredients have pride of place on the menu, so you’ll find Bath Pig chorizo, Anglesey farmed sea bass and Cornish new potatoes. Yellow, red and pink heritage beetroots with salsify and a dollop of goat’s curd resembled a summer garden on a plate. Wood-fired pizza with creative toppings are a speciality; Laverstoke buffalo mozzarella was used to good effect alongside confit yellowfin tuna, prawns, capers and tomato. Translucent (line-caught) cod atop chewy puy lentils and creamy mash was stirred into life by a velvety Madeira jus. Desserts (the likes of coffee panna cotta and sticky toffee pud) all cost £7. To drink, there are cocktails, fresh fruit juices, more than a dozen wines by the glass, and Adnams and Meantime beers on tap. Service is breezy.

The Orange is part of the Cubitt House Group of upmarket gastropubs in swanky parts of town: not far away, in Belgravia, is the Thomas Cubitt, and there’s also the Grazing Goat (also a hotel) in Marylebone.

Warm, lively atmosphere at the Orange with great wine and cocktails. If you have vegetarians in your group this place has several options and they were really accommodating in making a small modification to the pizza we ordered. Our server was very attentive and friendly – we had a lovely time! This is a great place if you’re just looking for somewhere casual for dinner and drinks with friends.

The staff are lovely. I've never received service as warm as when I go to The Orange. The pizzas are exceptional and I love the menu.

We spent a very happy afternoon at the Orange over a leisurely lunch one Saturday. Very friendly staff and absolutely delicious pizza (although on the pricey side). The cider on tap is highly recommended.

I like this pub it has good wines it is lovely in the summer where you can take your drinks outside. However I find it a bit cold for winter, even though the Sunday roasts here are difficult to beat!

Beautifully elegant pub / bistro near Sloane Square, popped in for a quick drink with a friend who wanted to do some MiC cast watching. She was unsuccessful, thankfully.

The restaurant area looked really classic and the menu was enticing, unfortunately we didn’t stay to eat as it was busy and quite expensive for a Tuesday night! I would go back to try it though, especially after hearing the exclamations of a diner who was thoroughly enjoying her meal like … “When Harry Met Sally” enjoying it!

After a day's shopping in Sloane Square, I can't think of anywhere I'd rather go to sit by the fire and dump my bags for a glass of vino (or three bottles of Prosecco on that one occasion when my friend who works in Oil returned from Texas). I've never tried the food - because surely that would contaminate the vino, besides I've usually always stuffed by face at the Duke of York market by then as well.

BEST SUNDAY ROAST IN THE WORLD! Again like all their restaurants you cannot go wrong, whether its for a date, meeting or just catching up with friends. This place rocks all boats.

Had dinner here last night, steak tartare was AMAZING as was the chicken pie! Dark chocolate cheesecake was the best cheesecake I think I have ever eaten, service was friendly, efficient and very professional, I think this is my new favourite pub in London.

This is my favourite gastro pub in London!!! I dined there again last night and as normal I was greeted by staff members who really look like they enjoy what they do, big smiles and friendly, non intrusive service. The food is awesome!!! I had the lamb loin (cooked to perfection) followed by cheeky dark chocolate cheesecake for dessert. If you have not had a chance to check it out I definitely would.

I love this pub! It's my local and the staff are always really friendly. Food is really good and they even have bedrooms! Can get quite busy sometimes.

Inhospitable and shockingly poor manager service...Food lacklustre.
