This intriguing concept from Lively Minds (a charity that supports children in poverty) has caught our eye. The clothes swapping events asks you to turn up with 5-10 items of clean, good-quality clothing (together with a fiver for entry) and you're set to swap. Just drop your items into the mix and switch them for a few new pieces to add to your wardrobe. Local businesses have also chipped in, donating restaurant vouchers, Waterstones books and a paintballing session for eight people.
