Clore Studio Upstairs

Upstairs at the Royal Opera House, this spacious studio (though the audience is limited to 200 on bench seating) provides a rehearsal space as well as an intimate venue for workshops and small-scale performances. Experimental performance often features here – Will Tuckett’s fusion of puppetry and dance in ‘Faeries’ certainly went down a treat – and the space plays home to the Artists’ Development Initiative that encourages the work of visiting creatives.
