Mad Women

The homemade digital Microplex cinema under the Westway becomes the setting for Barfaced Theatre's first repertory season for the duration of October. One of a trio of plays incorporating video art and animation, 'Mad Women' examines the perceived madness of four fascinating female figures in literature – Mary Shelley, Emily Dickinson, Charlotte Perkins Gilman (author of 'The Yellow Wallpaper') and Virginia Woolf.
