An Alternative Christmas with FoodCycle and Forgotten Feast

A pop-up restaurant brought to you by FoodCycle and eco-chef Tom Hunt. Fifty guests will be served with a 'Forgotten Feast of Seven Fishes', based on the Feast of Seven Fishes traditionally eaten in Italy on Christmas Eve. Hunt's version represents seven fish that are rarely seen on British menus. Before the meal, diners will be given a tour of the Grand Entrance Hall of Brunel's Thames Tunnel.
