One of the four ticketed London 2012 test events taking place over the summer of 2011, the basketball tournament will be the first chance to watch sport at the Olympic Park. Great Britain's men are pitted against Australia, China (featuring the NBA's tallest player Yao Ming), Croatia, France and Serbia in a six-team tournament that is arguably the biggest basketball event these shores have seen. Team GB will have their work cut out against world class opponents, although big things are expected from Brixton-raised Chicago Bulls superstar Luol Deng.
