Street food favourites Bill or Beak are usually found peddling their delicious birds-in-buns at Kerb's street food markets, so this kitchen takeover at swish basement bar Voltaire will be quite a change of scenery for them. The menu will consist of a shredded duck and pork bun topped with Vietnamese dressing and tempura shallots, a grilled chicken caesar bun with rosemary croutons and fresh parmesan cheese. Buns are £5 or £9 for two.
