Time Out says

If you want your carnaval celebrations to be a seriously classy affair, make for high end restaurant Sushisamba, which is serving up party atmosphere alongside its menu of Brazilian, Japanese and Peruvian fusion food. As you'd expect from a restaurant that literally has 'samba' in its name, dancing is the name of the game here: its Covent Garden and Heron Tower locations are both bringing in expert samba dancers to wow their guests. But the fun doesn't stop there. There are also drummers, DJs spinning Brazilian beats, and special menu items including caipirinhas shaken at your tableside. The events culminates in a 'Baile da Arara' costume party (Saturday 26th February) and a Bossa Nova brunch (Sunday 27th February), both at Heron Tower, and sure to set your carnaval spirit levels soaring sky high.
