The Tower of London's imposing design helped to build its notoriety as a fortress of a prison. Should modern prisons follow suit? This panel discussion will see historians, criminologists and architecture experts ask how prison design affects the behaviour, psychology and relationship of prisoners and staff, and indeed the communites around them.
