The Courvoisier Institute of Grand Cocktails

An immersive theatrical experience centred around the heritage and consumption of Courvoisier, with lots of opportunities for imbibing three historical cocktails in newly created sets. We're plumping for Rules' bar manager Chris Lacey's classic Courvoisier Sazerac in the New Orleans apothecary cum science lab.
