Time Out says

As we start to reconnect with each other after over a year largely spent in our own private circles, artist Kengo Kito is responding to the moment with a site-specific installation made entirely of hula hoops. The Japanese artist is linking 2,021 hula hoops from end to end for his first U.S. exhibition, staged at Hollywood’s Japan House. The show is split up into two sections: the first features smaller hoop sculptures while the second is where you’ll find the full immersive piece. Look out for a satellite installation on view at Westfield Century City, too.
