Oktoberfest is the unofficial and un-American holiday that we so eagerly await—and desperately try to remember after the fact. Start the month of October on a good note by heading to DTLA for the Spring Street Oktoberfest. Beelman's Pub and Spring St Bar will be offering eight German beers on tap, plus meaty eats like the sausage gouda sandwich and Spring St Brat. The festivities run throughout the day, with a very special cask of Paulaner Ceremonial Beer to be hand-tapped at 3pm. The coveted barrel hails from an official Oktoberfest brewery in Germany and is one of the only four Ceremonial casks distributed to California.
