Time Out says

This place boasts "the stiffest pour in town" and "all your favorite beers," both of which are true as long as your favorite beers come from large corporations. The bar isn't as divey as it used to be (we miss the old jukebox and the free popcorn), but the vibe is surprisingly quiet and and cozy, you'll always see the same regulars (for better or worse) and if you're into cider, they have Stella Artois's version—by far the fanciest thing about the Roost. There's a pretty sizeable menu here, but not much of note—it'll do the job if it's late and you've had a few, but that's about it. Note: This place is cash only. There's an ATM, but with a hefty fee, so come prepared.
