So you're tired of standing in the brunch line at Sqirl, waiting 45 minutes for a table at Gjelina and wondering why everyone is taking so long to finish their French toast at EAT. Real problems, guys. Thankfully, there are a couple new brunches—boozy or otherwise—in town, and their newbie status likely means shorter wait times. Check out these four restaurants where you can now score an eggs Benedict, some quality pancakes and a much-needed mimosa.

1. Connie & Ted's (West Hollywood): We're not sure why it's taken so long for Connie & Ted's to offer brunch, but we're pumped that it's finally arrived. As you can imagine, it's heavy on the seafood: smoked Mahi Mahi Benedicts, crab and lobster omelets, a Nor'Easter breakfast sandwich and house-smoked salmon. Pair that with a Rhode Island Coffee Milk—Rhode Island coffee syrup, whole milk, nutmeg and Selvarey cacao-infused rum—and you're good to go for the day. Sat & Sun 10am-2pm

2. Crossroads (Beverly Grove): LA's most popular vegan restaurant has just won over the brunch crowd by expanding its brunch menu to seven days a week. That's seven days for you to try their fried "chicken" and waffles, the Crossroads Benedict, a porcini mushroom scramble and more veggie-based dishes. Crossroads' dedication to plants extends to the bar, where you can get a Bloody Mary that uses organic tomatoes, pickled vegetables and truffle dill. Daily 10am-2pm

3. Seasons 52 (Santa Monica): The Santa Monica wine bar and grill has introduced Sunday brunch to its repertoire with classic dishes like brioche French toast, shakshuka, a vegetable frittata and, of course, plenty of wine and cocktails. We're partial to the Shrubby Mary—Crop Organic Tomato Vodka, house-made tomato-celery shrub and a hint of Sriracha. Sun 10am-1pm

4. Spare Tire Kitchen & Co. (Miracle Mile): Executive chef Isaias Peña launched brunch at this Mid-Wilshire neighborhood staple with a menu that includes a little bit of everything: pub sliders, an Irish breakfast, avocado Benedicts, berries and cream waffles, and plenty of egg sandwiches. Peña makes a house sangria every week—which just means you'll have to make dining here a regular thing. Sun 10am-4pm
