Can a dog be a foodie? This L.A. rescue puppy sure is, and he has the pics to prove it.

We all know Angelenos love their In-N-Out, but we kinda assumed that stopped at human Angelenos. Yet, over the weekend, an adorable rescue puppy named Popeye proved the fast-food joint has mass appeal.

But Popeye isn't just an In-N-Out lover, he's a total foodie. Just check out his Instagram account @popeyethefoodie for adorable proof. Popeye's owner Ivy Diep decided to start the Instagram account, which is aimed at seeking out pet-friendly restaurants in L.A. and beyond, after seeing her friends post their dates on Instagram. As she told ABC News, "I would bring Popeye to any of the pet-friendly places, and we realized how good he was around food. He would sit still for photos."

Popeye has been to some of L.A.'s most trendy places, like Amara Chocolate & Coffee, the Griddle, True Food Kitchen and more, all the while racking up more than 97,000 followers. And we have to say, he certainly looks thrilled doing it.
